The role requires MN RN licensure, a nursing degree, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and nights with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
