Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, ensuring high-quality nursing practice.

The role may include charge nurse duties, delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, and maintaining competency in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents across care settings.
• Coordinate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as needed.
