Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota. The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to residents using the nursing process, coordinating with families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

The role may include charge duties and delegation to staff as appropriate. Full-time schedule with diverse shifts (days, evenings, nights), bi-weekly 72 hours, and eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
