Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

You will work in a 79-bed long-term skilled and transitional care facility, with varied shifts and potential bonuses. A valid MN RN license and applicable certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Practice within applicable nursing standards and act as charge nurse when needed.
