Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate high-quality nursing care for residents. The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Candidates must hold an active MN RN license. The role requires availability across all shifts, with a bi-weekly schedule of 72 hours and potential sign-on bonuses for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing or multi-state license if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care and education for residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
