Williston Health and Rehabilitation Center in Williston, FL is actively seeking Registered Nurses to join their team for all shifts—Full Time, Part Time, and PRN. The facility offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, weekly pay at $28–$33/hour base, and shift differentials of $1–$3/hour.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to facility policies.
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain infection control practices and keep treatment supplies organized.
• Document care and outcomes for residents and report to the Director of Nursing.
