Job summary

North Campus in Leesburg, FL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a caring team. The role offers ${"$29-$33/hr"} pay with a $3/hr shift differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Weekly pay and generous benefits accompany the position. As an RN at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will provide nursing care as prescribed, maintain records, administer medications, and participate in education and quality-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• 1 year related nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Highest level of professionalism with confidentiality
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work in a team
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
• Obtain changes in physician orders as indicated by resident progress.
• Communicate resident condition to charge nurses, supervisors and Director of Nursing.
• Maintain clean, orderly treatment cart and restock supplies.
• Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and policies.
• Document pressure sore status weekly or as condition changes.
• Monitor inventory of medications and supplies to ensure adequate items.
• Participate in educational programs for residents and families relating to skin care at discharge.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and other duties as assigned.
