Job summary

Williston Care Center in Williston, FL seeks LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) to join our team. Shifts: 3p-11p and 11p-7a with weekly pay, base $26-$30/hr, $1-$2.50/hr diffs, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Florida required.
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed and document progress.
• Monitor turning, positioning, and changes in orders.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Maintain infection control and ensure proper supplies.
