Job summary

Rock Hill Health & Rehabilitation in Olympia, WA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to be the heart of skilled care. This part-time/per diem role includes NOC shifts on Sunday–Tuesday, with pay ranging from $44.00 to $53.95 per hour plus applicable shift differentials.

You’ll provide nursing care, plan and monitor interventions, administer medications, educate residents and families, and coordinate rehabilitation with therapists to ensure safe, quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25 or more pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods.
• Team player and strong communicator, passionate about senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Plan nursing interventions based on individual needs and monitor the implementation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions and develop alternatives.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to center policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and chart progress notes.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate resident rehabilitation program with therapists to ensure rehabilitation needs are met.
• Monitor CNA documentation and ensure assignments are completed on time.
• Perform additional nursing care responsibilities as required.
