Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with active licensure.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, resident care, and medication management.
• HIPAA privacy and resident confidentiality compliance.

• Supervise staff and coordinate resident care for high-quality outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families effectively.
• Complete assessments, care documentation, and physician orders.
