Job summary

Spokane Health & Rehab in Spokane, WA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. Full-time, part-time and PRN options available with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include administering medications, planning and evaluating care, documenting accurately, collaborating with families and the care team, and supporting rehabilitation goals while promoting well-being and safety

Qualifications

• Active state RN license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or ongoing.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per policies and guidelines.
• Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adapt interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments timely.
• Document progress notes accurately and report changes.
• Coordinate rehab activities with therapists.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed.
