Hill Valley Healthcare in Lacey, WA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules with 8- and 12-hour shifts, competitive pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

Active state RN license required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and policies.
Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
Conduct family and resident education.
Administer medications and treatments per policy.
Transcribe orders and document progress accurately.
Communicate changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
Coordinate rehabilitation program with therapists.
