Good Samaritan Albion is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care to residents in a not-for-profit, Christian environment. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

The position may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff, while ensuring care aligns with state nursing standards and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program
• RN licensure in state of practice preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education; support care interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state standards.
