Job summary

Campbell Street in Adel, IA is seeking an RN/LPN to oversee residents' health, implement care plans, and deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in a facility that values transparency and teamwork.

The role includes supervision of CNAs and LPNs, collaboration with physicians and allied professionals, documentation, and compliance with regulations; ADN required and BSN preferred; Iowa license, CPR and First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN or LPN license in Iowa.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or obtained upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' health conditions, document changes, and communicate significant findings to the physician and care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders; provide wound care and IV therapy as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff (CNAs and LPNs) and ensure compliance with facility protocols.

Education

Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN)

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
