Job summary

Campbell Street Senior Living is hiring an RN or LPN to join Casa De Paz, Sioux City, IA. You will provide compassionate nursing care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team. We offer hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a $2,000 full-time retention bonus.

New graduates are welcome; prior long-term care experience is not required. You’ll work with a supportive team focused on resident well-being and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current, active Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and your scope of practice.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluation of resident needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation.
• Follow infection prevention practices, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Participate in orientation and on-the-job training to grow professionally.
