Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Current Iowa RN license, CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• New grads encouraged to apply; strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications per physician orders and policies.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Document accurately and comply with regulations and audits.
