Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to develop and update care plans, provide leadership, and deliver direct, compassionate care. This PRN/on-call role requires an Oregon RN license and readiness to work 1–2 shifts weekly with 2 weekend shifts monthly.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license.
