Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health network, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time NOC shift in Medford, OR. New starting pay ranges from $53.00/hr to $62.50/hr plus an $8,500 sign-on bonus for new, full-time hires.

You will lead care planning and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents. Qualified candidates must hold an Oregon RN license and demonstrate strong resident care skills, leadership, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care.
