Job summary

PAM Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for its Aiken, SC unit. You will deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning, and educate patients and families for post-hospitalization.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure in their state, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and preferably 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical experience. Flex scheduling and supportive leadership are highlighted in PAM Health’s culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; BLS/ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care in the medical-surgical unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning; provide patient and family teaching.
• May perform other duties and, for Charge Nurses, ACLS certification is required.
