Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works under Nurse Practice Act guidelines and facility policies.
• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for long-term/rehabilitation patients.
• Deliver and supervise nursing care, implement care plans and evaluate responses.
• Supervise other nursing personnel and maintain documentation.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and patient confidentiality; educate patients/families as appropriate.
• Work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
