Job summary

Lady Lake Specialty Care in Florida seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team for the 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. This FT role supports a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility focused on maximizing residents' potential in a caring, respectful environment.

You will provide nursing care as prescribed, administer medications, communicate resident status to the nursing team, maintain supplies, and participate in infection control and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate resident status to charge nurses and Director of Nursing.
• Maintain clean treatment carts and restock supplies.
• Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Participate in educational programs for residents and families.
