Job summary

Surrey Place Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Bradenton, FL is seeking proactive and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 74-bed facility. This full-time position offers hourly pay and weekday consistency, with on-site care across long-term and rehab patients.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supervise nursing staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with physicians and families to achieve positive outcomes. Weekend/holiday rotations apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Deliver nursing care and implement the patient care plan.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintain documentation and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Provide patient/family education and work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends.
