Job summary

Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lutz, FL is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles to join our dedicated nursing team in a post-acute and long-term care setting.

Walk-in interviews are available Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–4:30 PM. We offer Daily Pay, Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, PTO, a 401(k) plan, flexible scheduling, and telemedicine access for employees and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Florida RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience in acute or long-term care (acute/critical care preferred).
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in long-term and rehabilitation settings.
• Assess, plan and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Supervise and direct other nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient responses.
