Job summary

Brighton Bay Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. Our RNs lead clinical care, ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality treatment and attention they deserve.

This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening. Must graduate from a nursing program and hold an active RN license in Florida, with at least one year in medical/surgical or long-term care.

Qualifications

Must graduate from a basic nursing education program.
Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in acute or long-term care.
Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in state of practice.
Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitation care.
Delivers nursing care to residents in long-term and/or rehabilitative care settings.
Implements the plan of care and evaluates patient response.
Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
Maintains documentation and ensures confidentiality.
Provides patient/family education as appropriate.
Works rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
