The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Spruce Pine, NC. We offer a $12,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise and mentor CNAs.
• Promote resident comfort, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
