Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise nursing care on the unit using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and access community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties with ACLS requirements.
