Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care across all patient populations. You will function as an RN first assistant during operative procedures and support the perioperative continuum in collaboration with the surgical team.

The role requires CNOR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and a current Georgia RN license. This position may include cardiac or CVOR exposure and a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing is required.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program with didactic and clinical components.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective perioperative care as RN first assistant across operative procedures.
• May serve as RN circulator and support the perioperative continuum as needed.
