Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join a collaborative surgical team. You’ll work alongside surgeons to provide exceptional perioperative care, using advanced clinical skills before, during, and after surgery.

This full-time role offers a new sign-on bonus of $10,000 and a fast-paced environment with a mission-driven team focused on high standards of care and patient advocacy.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum perioperative nursing experience.
• CNOR and RN-First Assistant class required within one year of hire/transfer. BLS/ACLS required within first year.
• CNOR Certification preferred.
• Position requires physical strength and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in the OR.
• Coordinates patient care with surgeons and other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission and standards.
