We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities in the country. The role involves facilitating medical treatment/rehabilitation and timely return to work of injured workers, acting as a liaison among involved parties. Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work. They act as a liaison and communicate between all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, a home-based office is maintained.
We seek enthusiastic candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven to deliver excellent work. Responsibilities include:
RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

Salary range for this jurisdiction is $78,000-$95,000 with quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, PTO, disability, life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings accounts, and voluntary benefits.
