Position Details
We are currently considering full-time employees only. We are seeking experienced Workers Compensation RN Field Case Managers across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and ensure timely return to work for injured workers. Applicants must have at least 1.5 years of prior workers' compensation experience.
Field Case Managers work directly with injured workers and medical providers to advocate for and facilitate medical treatment and return-to-work processes, acting as a liaison among involved parties. Although travel is frequent, a home-based office setup is maintained.
RN licensure preferred; bachelor’s degree in health or human services required with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

Note: Compensation ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 annually, with bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
