We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Managers across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and timely return to work of injured workers, acting as liaison among involved parties. Applicants must have at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience.
Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return to work, while communicating effectively among all involved parties. The role involves frequent travel, with a home-based office.

RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required, along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

In accordance with law, Sedgwick offers a pay range of $78,000-$95,000, with quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, and voluntary benefits.
