Job Description

This is a full-time, remote position. The candidate must be located in the Chicago, IL area due to regular local travel (80%) for in-person patient appointments.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Apply case management standards of practice effectively
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, and job duties
• Assess recovery through interviews with injured persons
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and create tailored treatment plans
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work
• Manage workload independently, prioritize cases
• Attend appointments, prepare status updates, and perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
• At least 2 years of clinical practice preferred
• Ability to advocate effectively, work independently, and communicate clearly
• Active RN license in good standing
• Reliable transportation and internet, ability to travel locally

Benefits:

Our total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and wellness resources. Salary ranges from $70,600 to $83,000 annually, plus potential bonuses, based on skills and experience.
