We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Managers across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and timely return to work of injured workers, acting as a liaison among involved parties. Applicants must have at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Sedgwick Field Case Managers work directly with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, medical treatment, and return-to-work processes, serving as a communication link among all parties. While travel is frequent, a home-based office setup is maintained.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
EDUCATION AND LICENSING: RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

Note: Compensation ranges are influenced by experience, skills, and location. For this role, the starting pay is $78,000-$95,000 with quarterly bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
