We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities in the country. The role involves facilitating medical treatment and rehabilitation, promoting timely return to work, and acting as a liaison among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!
Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, while serving as a communication link among all involved parties. Frequent travel is required, but you will maintain a home-based office.
RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required, with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC preferred. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, the starting pay range is $78,000-$95,000 annually, with quarterly bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
