Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments.
• Obtain claimant demographics and physician information.
• Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.
• Conduct brief cognitive screenings.
• Assess the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks.
• Use a web-based documentation system.
