US Fertility is seeking an RN Fertility Case Manager to join IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. The role offers Monday–Friday hours with rotating weekends and holidays, focusing on coordinating fertility care and patient education.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license (BSN preferred), BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical RN experience, preferably in IVF/fertility. A compassionate, team-based approach is essential.

Qualifications

RN required; BSN preferred
BLS certification required
Current state RN license without limitations required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position required
IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
Ability to manage a caseload of patients
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests

Responsibilities

Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
Teach about procedures and how to administer injections
Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results, with interpretation
Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a RN Fertility Case Manager to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and rotating holidays
