US Fertility in Alpharetta, GA has an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Case Manager to join our team. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional weekends and one holiday per year.

This role offers growth within a nationally respected organization while staying closely connected to the patients and teams you support. You will coordinate case management and treatment, provide counseling, teach injections, schedule visits, and coordinate care plans.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR)
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Teach procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans with established protocols

In this role, the Fertility RN Case Managerwill:
