Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia is seeking a Fertility RN Case Manager to coordinate care for fertility patients and provide counseling and instruction on procedures and injections. Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Case Manager to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekends and one holiday per year

In This Role, The Fertility RN Case Manager Will
