Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Orlando, Florida. This role supports patients through fertility treatment, coordinating care and ensuring clear communication with physicians and labs.

The ideal candidate is an RN with clinical fertility experience, BSN preferred, and strong interpersonal skills. Work hours are Mon–Fri 7:30–4:30 with rotating weekends and some holidays. Competitive benefits support professional growth.

Qualifications

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Orlando, Florida.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM; weekend rotations every 4 to 6 weeks and 1 to 2 holidays per year.

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
