Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University’s Lansdale Hospital is seeking a registered nurse dedicated to patient- and family-centered care. You will use the nursing process to address physical, psychological, and social needs of diverse patients and collaborate with care partners to develop individualized plans.

In this role, you’ll integrate evidence-based practice, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and support learning for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Specialized diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and respectful communication.
• Ability to collaborate in inter-professional teams and apply evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff to ensure compassionate and coordinated care.
• Uses the nursing process to develop individualized care plans.
