Gentiva Hospice is seeking an RN Executive Director Specialist to lead operations across markets in California. You will serve as the administrator on call and oversee staffing, compliance, and patient services, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory adherence.

The role requires travel across the region to provide onsite leadership and maintain performance standards. The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, a California RN license, and at least 2 years of supervisory hospice/home health

Qualifications

• BSN or higher in nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory hospice/home health experience.
• Active California RN license.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of hospice operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and time management.
• Proficiency with technology and digital platforms.
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality care.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Administrator on record at assigned hospice agencies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement.
• Drive clinical quality and ensure Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations.
• Lead, coach, and support hospice care teams to meet patient-centered goals.
• Manage operational budgets with full P&L responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for smooth transitions and performance.
• Travel 70–100% throughout the region to provide onsite leadership.
