CHRISTUS HomeCare in Lufkin, Texas, seeks a Home Health RN Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As Administrator, you will oversee patient eligibility, plan services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations while driving profitability and maintaining a patient-centered care culture.

Competenze

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance or access to public transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (preferred).

Mansioni

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plans services and supervises total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances agency profitability and motivates and retains qualified staff while ensuring quality of services delivered.
