Job summary

Assured Home Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of the home health provider. You will oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate projects to support short- and long-range company objectives.

Responsibilities include managing patient eligibility, planning services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining administrative practices. You will lead staff motivation and retention while driving quality of care and profitability

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
• 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related field
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the home health provider
• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support short- and long-range objectives
• Oversees patient eligibility and planning for services, supervising total home health care
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals and policies to ensure regulatory compliance
