Job summary

Village Caregiving, LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks an Executive Director and Registered Nurse (RN) to lead day-to-day operations and ensure compliance within its home care network. This full-time role also trains new staff to carry out Village Caregiving’s mission in the Knoxville area.

The ED/RN will grow client referrals, drive outreach, hire and schedule staff, and maintain exceptional client service while upholding industry regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
• Exhibits business acumen and makes sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain client referral sources.
• Lead outreach efforts within the community.
• Hire staff to meet service demand.
