Job summary

VillageCaregiving, LLC, is seeking an Executive Director (RN) for our Knoxville, TN office to lead day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and train team members to uphold our caregiving mission.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, bring management experience, drive client referrals, create caregiver schedules, and foster a collaborative, compliant work environment while benefiting from comprehensive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving.
• Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
• Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.

• Flexible schedule with the opportunity to sporadically work from home

Executive Director MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
