Job summary

Village Caregiving, LLC, headquartered in Barboursville, WV, invites an Executive Director (RN) to oversee the Winston-Salem, NC office. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance across our network, train staff, and drive growth in the territory while maintaining exceptional client service.

The role requires an active RN license, prior management experience, and the ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in both verbal and written communication.

Executive Director MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Previous management experience preferred
• Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
• Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
