Village Caregiving, LLC, seeks an Executive Director (RN) for its Winston-Salem, NC office to lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and train staff within its home-care network. The role requires an active RN license and prior management experience to drive growth and service excellence.

You will recruit and schedule caregivers, expand client referrals, and uphold regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
• Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
