• Administers medications and therapies per clinical protocols and procedures.

• Maintains professional development and certifications.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision‑making.
• Provides appropriate supervision to LPNs and CNAs as assigned.
• Maintains timely and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate care across the lifespan per department standards.
