• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and deliver care with ethical decision-making.
• Float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan according to department standards.
