Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States with Multi-State Compact and/or single-state privileges.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed within service area.
• Provide age-appropriate care and apply growth and development knowledge.
